As the days pass
I wonder how long it will last
For everyone to see
Everything that is to be.
We have lost someone very close to us,
But, we have also gained someone to watch over us
And in our hearts he'll always stay.
He'll be with us everyday.
When the wind blows
Everyone knows
That he is greeting us with a smile
And when we get a chill
I bet he is patting us
Letting us know he is happy, and okay.
He is up there
Letting us know
That we shouldn't cry.
And even though we miss him
We'll never be far from him or apart
Because he will always remain
Deep in our
Hearts

This poem is for my uncle walter, who died suddenly in a motorcycle accident. I miss him everyday. And I wrote this poem for him, which I read to about 200 people at his funeral. I have it copy righted as well. So anyone who is cold hearted enough to steal this, Should be punished.
